All slush machines are installed by a trained engineer who will provide a full demonstration on how to use and clean the machine.
Machines do not require a direct water supply, so there’s no plumbing involved. They simply plug in to the mains electricity.
All you need to do is ensure adequate space around the machine, as shown in this video.
A twin bowl slush machine will cost around 11 pence per hour to run. This figure has been calculated based on electric costing 13.75 pence per KWh.
The foot space for a slush machine is minimal but it is important to leave 20cm or 8 inches around all to allow airflow.

We’ll provide you with a login to our online ordering portal, so you can request slush flavouring, cups and straws 24/7. Our team are also available to take orders over the phone midweek 9-5.
We deliver supplies the very next day (if placed before 3pm), so you’ll never run short.
All our slush machines are delivered by trained engineers. The following charges apply:
Orders over £99 – FREE next day delivery
Orders under £99 – Deliver is £10+VAT
Wherever possible, our preferred method of delivery is via our own delivery van service, meaning we can guarantee next day delivery.
Where this option is not possible, we will use a third-party courier service (either APC, Royal Mail or Pall-Ex), depending on the goods you order.
Items sent via courier are always distributed through a tracked delivery service.
Deliveries are made between 7.30am and 6pm and will require a signature. We cannot confirm a specific delivery time.
